Okay, have you ever had one of those "sayings" that won't leave your head...kinda like the song your mind keeps singing over and over and over again?! Well, mine's not a song, it's a phrase: "Faith, Family, Friends, Finances" For months, that phrase has been ringing through my brain. Everytime it comes to me, I tend to shove it to the back recesses of my mind to deal with later...everytime, that is, until today!
I arrived at my mailbox this morning to find two packages waiting for me! Any other day, I would rush home with the boxes and try to stuff them under the bed or in the closet so I wouldn't have to explain to my husband what I had ordered. (Well, honestly, I haven't even had the chance to cyber-shop, so I had absolutely no idea what was in those boxes.) I tore open the packaging and was shocked at what I saw...books! Not just any books, but a book about Faith, Family & Friends, and another book about Finances! Holy Moley! I wouldn't be so freaked if I would've ordered these, but I didn't...pinky swear! I'm takin' these books as a sign that someone bigger than myself wants me to read these books and learn from them....someone bigger than myself is tired of me ignoring the phrase that has been ringing in my head! (Someone bigger than myself is totally freaking me out!!)
You remember the commercial "when E.F. Hutton talks, people listen"....well, when The Big Guy plants a special delivery in your mailbox, you do more than listen...you have no choice but to follow! (And if anyone is wondering, I've already started reading!!!)
